Roll Call - Signature sheet passed at 12:00 pm. The meeting of the PalumboFamily Foundation Board of Directors was called to order at 12:00 pm.

2011 Scholarship Finalist Interview:
The following were interviewed by all present and awarded scholarships by votes and discussion as listed:

Aaron Hett - $10,000 - Edward F. Heil Scholarship
Steven Roderick - $10,000 - PalumboFamily Foundation Scholarship
Dan Quinn - $7,500 - PalumboFamily Foundation Scholarship
Michael Cropes - $5,000 - Paul Salce Memorial Scholarship
Iyesha Robinson - $5,000 - PalumboFamily Foundation Scholarship
Kathryn Minion - $2,500 - PalumboFamily Foundation Scholarship
Kelli Saathoff - $2,500 - PalumboFamily Foundation Scholarship

Bradley University Scholarship:
On a motion by George Trimarco, seconded by John Liberatore, approved by all, a $2,000 Scholarship will be given to Bradley University to award to one student based on Foundation criteria.

Subcommittees:
On a motion by Donald Aleo, second by Letta Hollingsworth, approved by all, it was decided to form two subcommittees as listed below to do the research and present to the board for voting before awarding monies.
