REQUIREMENTS

  • Located in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake or Will counties

  • Verified public charity with IRS determination letter in good standing

  • Annual grant cycle: apply by September 30th for current year consideration

  • Recipients will be notified by December 1st and funded by December 31st
